Andrew Ray Vojacek Jr., 47, of Johnstown, passed away unexpectedly on November 14, 2014 at Doctors Hospital. He was born on October 4, 1967 in Columbus, OH, a son to Andrew Sr. and Alberta (Shaffer) Vojacek. Andy is survived by his father, Andy Sr. (Mary Ann); longtime love, Stephanie Albright-Hayes; daughters, Jenna Hayes and Ashley (Josh) Lane; grandchildren, Kadyn, Kota and Braxton Lane; sisters, Tara Lynn (Don) Belt and Christine Marie (Tim) Mahoney; nieces and nephews, Adrienne Belt, Tyler Belt, Meghan Mahoney and Erin Mahoney; uncle, Dominic; Aunt, Sherrie (James) Sutton; Uncle Albert (Elsie) Shaffer, numerous other aunts and uncles; and grandmother, Thelma Shaffer. He is preceded in death by his mother, Alberta; grandparents, Andy (Violet) and Ray Shaffer. Friends may call from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at CROUSE-KAUBER-SAMMONS FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH, 43031. Funeral service will follow on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Cal Alexander officiating. Interment will be at Green Hill Cemetery.
