Ava C. Juergens-Shadwick, 46 of Johnstown, OH passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, June 19, 2011. Family will receive friends from 4 to 5 pm with a Memorial Service to start at 5 PM on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 N Main St., Johnstown, OH.
Ava was born on August 3, 1964 in Findlay, OH. Ava enjoyed riding her Harley, scrap booking, shopping but most importantly spending time with her family and being a mother.
Ava is survived by her husband Dale Shadwick, father David (Sharron) Juergens, her children, Summer (Brad) Shaw, Josh Shaffer, step-daughters Brooke and Amber Shadwick, grandchildren; Kobie, MacKenzie, her siblings; Kurt (Angie) Juergens, Teresa (Steve) Marohn, Nina (Jimmy) Weber, Kevin Davis , Mathew Juergens, Andrew Juergens along with many nieces, nephews and good friends.
