Charles William Lawrence, 38, of Johnstown, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at his residence. He was born on July 3, 1987 in Columbus, OH a son to Kim Wonders and the late Charles Lawrence. In addition to his mother, Charles is survived by his sister, Michelle (Gregg) Irvin; nieces, Lyla and Violet Irvin; grandmother, Beverly Lawrence; uncles, Curtis Lawrence and John Braude; aunt, Robin Smith; great uncle, Ronald (Carol Ann) Anderson; cousins, Alison Scurlock, Amanda Scurlock, Amy (Brian) Johnson and Markie (Stella) Anderson. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Wallace; grandparents, William and Roberta Rauch and aunt, Linda Braude. Family and friends may call from 6-7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Calvin Alexander officiating. Honoring the family’s wishes, following services cremation will take place.
