Cheyenne was born in Columbus Ohio on March 15, 1999 to Robert and Leanna (Hart) Spurgeon. She attended Johnstown-Monroe Schools and Watkins Middle School.
She is preceded in death by her Paternal Great Grandmother Shirley White and Maternal Grandfather Joseph Hart.
Cheyenne is survived by her mother and step-father Zach & Leanna Kelemen and her father Robert Spurgeon, her sisters Bella Dague and Talise Spurgeon, grandfather Rick Spurgeon, uncles Ricky, AJ, Jake, Joseph, and Tony.
