Donna Jean Canaday-Haddix, 69, of Johnstown, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023 at St. Ann’s Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born on January 23, 1954 in Mount Vernon, OH, a daughter to the late Donald and Edith Joann (Fravel) Canaday. Donna is survived by her sons, Jon Canaday, Broede Stucky and Rex Haddix; step-children, Josh Webb and Rachel Webb; grandchildren, Alex-Andrea Canaday, Ceva-Jade (Kenneth) Harber, Destiny Canaday and Krystian Canaday; great-grandchildren, Kaiden Williams, Alayna Williams, Braylen Noble and Rowen Noble; siblings, Steve (Rosetta) Canaday, Tammy (Jim) Brown, Bob (Lisa) Dile and Lela Whipkey; brother-in-law, Dennis Balaz and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her siblings, Bruce Canaday and Cathy Balaz. Honoring the family’s wishes, cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life will be from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Vineyard Church Delaware County, 1001 W. Cherry St., Sunbury, OH 43074.
