Dorothy Jean Price, 84 of Johnstown, OH passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2013. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 N Main St., Johnstown, OH with Pastor Gus Christo-Baker officiating. Interment to follow at Green Hill Cemetery, Johnstown, OH.
Dorothy was born on January 4, 1929 in Columbus, OH to the late Harry and Essie (Higgins) Bateson. Dorothy retired after many years of dedicated service from Tech Rubber in Johnstown, OH. Dorothy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Dorothy is survived by her children; Charlene (Jim) Liparula, Vickie (Steve) Dillion, Mark Price Jr., Jennifer (Jim) Johannes, Cindy (Jay) McAlpine, nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren sister-in-law Jodi Bateson along with many nieces, nephews and good friends.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband Mark H. Price Sr., brother Harry Bateson Jr., sister Nona Landis.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, February 15, 2013 from 4 to 8 pm
