Bowber was one of my favorite cousins. He always took the time to answer letters from Vietnam, send pictures and let me know I wasn't just another kid. Loved him deeply and will miss him greatly. Yet, another star shall shine brightly in heaven tonight. Prayers and love be with Connie and the family. So sorry.
