Gary Lee Cavendish, 73, of Johnstown, Ohio passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025, in Gahanna, Ohio. He was born on September 12, 1951, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Everett P. and Helen Cavendish. Gary is survived by his loving children, Heidi (Jon) Ferguson and Kyle Cavendish; grandchildren, Alexis (Will) Smith, Madison Lester, Zachary Lester, Ian Ferguson, Zane Ferguson, and Colton Ferguson; great-grandchildren, Lainey Smith and Silas Ferguson; brother, Everett J. (Jonna) Cavendish; ex-wife, Cindy Cavendish; and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. In addition to his parents, Gary is preceded in passing by his brother, Paul Cavendish. Honoring Gary’s wishes, cremation is to take place.
