

Born on May 4, 1959, Jeff proudly served his country in the United States Army before transitioning to a long and impactful civilian career. For 24 years, he dedicated his professional life to the Department of Youth Services (DYS), where he served as a Systems Analyst, IT Architect, and most recently, IT Manager. Jeff retired in June 2025, leaving behind a legacy of leadership, innovation, and unwavering service in the field of information technology.
Jeff was respected and admired for his intelligence, humility, and steady guidance. Colleagues often described him as a cornerstone of the agency’s IT integrity—someone who approached every challenge with calm determination and skill.
He is survived by his brothers, Stuart (Cheryl) Little and Allen (Kelly) Little; his stepmother, Margie Little; nieces, Megan (Rob) Leesmann, Lindsey (Dustin) Haller, and Alexandra Little; nephews, Dustin (Alexa) Little, Jacob Little, Kane Little, and Roman Little; and two great-nieces and three great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Delano Little, and his mother, Dr. Judith (née Moore) Comedy.
Jeff will be remembered for a life marked by integrity, dedication, and deep devotion to those around him. Whether serving his country, mentoring colleagues, or spending time with family, he led with quiet strength and compassion.
