(Infant) Kaitlyn Jay Byas-Chambers, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, February 19, 2012. Funeral services will be 2 PM on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 N. Main St, Johnstown, OH, with Rev. Michael Rector officiating.
Kaitlyn is survived by her parents, Michelle and Joshua Byas-Chambers of Pataskala, brother, Zachary James Chambers of Pataskala, maternal grandparents, Kathy (Todd) Fields of Pataskala, Michael Bentz of Lancaster, paternal grandparents, Carla Chambers of Johnstown, Gary Chambers of Columbus, great maternal grandparents, Ron and Stella Grover of Lancaster, Jacqueline Keister of Lancaster, great paternal grandparents, David and Edna Sowards of Dublin, Raymond and Ellen Klepinger of Worthington, many aunts and uncles.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 23, 2012 from noon to 2 PM at the funeral home.
