Kenneth Ervin Baker, 70, of Johnstown, passed to the other side on December 26, 2022. Ken retired from Bry-Air after 40 plus years. He also belonged to the Johnstown Fireman’s Association. Ken is survived by his daughter, Robyn (Bob) Strickland; granddaughter, Bobbie Strickland; sister, Myra (Jim) Wolfe; nieces, Erica Wolfe and Mary Wolfe-Rinard; great-grandniece, Savanah; uncle, Urvin (Soo) Hartsock and many cousins. He is preceded in death by his wife of 38 years, Barbara “Janey” Baker, parents, Karl (Margaret) Baker; uncles and aunts, Lester, Delno Hartsock, Margie Simmons, Martha Burrell and Mary Poulton and cousins, Brad Poulton, Bob Burrell, Bobbie Joe Poulton and Susan Merritts. Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 22 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with Brian Bemiller officiating. Interment will be at Green Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Johnstown Fireman’s Association in Kenneth’s memory.
