Kenneth B Weaver

Kenneth “Ken” B. Weaver, 99, of Johnstown, a faithful servant has went to be with his angel in heaven on Monday, August 10, 2026, at Johnstown Pointe. He was born on May 7, 1927, in Pickerington, Ohio, a son to the late Carl and Lulu Weaver. Kenneth graduated from Pickerington High School in 1946 and went on to receive a bachelor’s degree from Capital University in 1951. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army, serving from 1951-1953 as a corporal in the financial department. Ken would go on and serve an additional five years in the Army Reserves. He began working in the banking and financial industry from 1953-1967, following this he worked into the 1980’s with a local accounting and auditing firm. After retirement, Kenneth fulfilled his time working on the farm and driving the school bus for Johnstown Monroe School. He was an active member of Johnstown Presbyterian Church and was involved in many of the church’s activities. Kenneth loved to go hunting and camping with his family and friends and enjoyed taking annual cruises with friends. Kenneth is survived by his loving children, Allen (Lora) Weaver and Debbie (Joey) Farley; grandchildren, Jacey (Evan) Ziomek, Tanya (Joel) Robison, Cody (Shanlee Lamp) Farley and Jesse Farley; great-grandsons, Lawson Farley and Briggs Ziomek; siblings Calvin (Flossie) Weaver and Mary Lee Weaver; brother-in-law, Calvin Bocock; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Kenneth is preceded in passing by his beloved wife of 60 years, Jean Weaver; and siblings, Mildred Bocock, Phyllis (Bill) Mills, and Gary Weaver. Family and Friends may call from 9:30-11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 17, 2026, at Johnstown Presbyterian Church, 81 South Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the church with Pastor Kevin Heckathorn officiating. Interment will be at Green Hill Cemetery in Johnstown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Johnstown Presbyterian Church in Kenneth’s memory, or to Bella Care Hospice.
