Larry Dean Faulk Sr., 82, of Johnstown, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2025 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. He was born on September 1, 1943 in Columbus, OH a son to the late Elsworth and Frances (Boyer) Faulk. Larry retired from US Air after 30 plus years of employment and drove a school bus for New Albany for 12 years. He is survived by his children, Larry (Dennise) Faulk Jr. and Michele (Edward McGuinniss) Minshall; grandchildren, Colton (Katie) Minshall; siblings and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Larry is also preceded in death by his wife, Dianne Faulk and siblings, Donna Elliott and Elsworth Faulk Jr. Friends and family may call from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Calvin Alexander officiating. Interment will be at Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
