I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mike at The Hague Living Skills Center. As his supervisor, I remember his complete commitment to his work, his huge smile, his sense of humor, and his dedication to those he took care of on a daily basis. I could count on Mike to brighten my day and that of those around him. My prayers for his family as this is most definitely a loss too early.

I will always remember Mike because he made such an impact on not only my life, but the entire Cub Scout Pack 71. He believed in scouting and passed that on to all of us. I'll always remember him swimming with the cubs. He will be greatly missed.

When Mike first walked into my classroom at the Living Skills Center he was just 18 years old, fresh out of high school and as tall as he was, he still had growing to do! He would tell me about playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends at night, paint ball on the weekends and church every Sunday with his family.
I enjoyed working with Mike through the years and seeing him grow into a funny, good-hearted, steadfast man. During those years I saw him get his first apartment, fall in love with Corrine, get married and become a father to two great boys. Family was always the most important thing for Mike, so he was living his dream. I will miss him forever.

The first time I met Mike we played volleyball against each other. We talked and started to know each other.
Later he came to Bixby we worked in rm 115 we would feed off each other's rumor . Funny stuff. We had many other conversations about a multitude of subjects. What I do know is this world has lost a awesome guy and I lost a friend. He will be missed. Thanks Mike for all those good times.

I am so heartbroken at your loss! I was Mike's senior lab instructor at Fairfield Career Center, and remember his very contagious smile and one-liners. He also got lost when he first drove to FCC - he ended up in New Lexington, I believe. Dear Lord, comfort Mike's family with warm memories, and help Mike to rest well knowing he was loved.
