Don Hollis, Jr., 70, of Johnstown, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at St. Ann's Hospital. Funeral service will be 10 AM on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 N. Main Street, Johnstown, OH. with Pastor Larry Griffin officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Johnstown, OH.

Mr. Hollis was born in Columbus, OH. to the late Donald and Charlene (Montgomery) Hollis, Sr. He retired from Johnstown-Monroe Local School District.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Patty Hollis, three sons, Tom (Mary Kay) Hollis, Doug (Tiffany) Hollis, Mike (Jenny) Hollis all of Johnstown, sister, Carol (Hollis) Shaw of Toledo, twelve grandchildren, Kate, Jake, Megan, Matt, Morgenne, Andrew, Anthony, Allie, Luke, Brandon, Alex, and A.J., three nephews, Jim, John, Jason Shaw, two aunts, Mary Jane (Joe) Dodrill of Johnstown and Karen Montgomery of Johnstown.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. There will be a schlorship fund setup in memory of Don for future Johnstown students at the Heartland Bank, 730 W. Coshocton St., OH 43031.
