Samantha Yangcha Kinser, 85, of Johnstown, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, August 17, 2026. She was born on January 1, 1941, in Incheon City, South Korea to the late Pak Sang and Kim Soon Ho.
Samantha worked for many years at Tech Rubber in Johnstown, Ohio. She was a gifted and talented seamstress and was always making herself new garments. Samantha was also a gifted cook and loved to make her husband delicious homecooked Korean dishes.
She is survived by her loving nieces and nephews, Brenda Foor-Donaldson, Becky Foor-Burns, Mike Foor, Jerry Kinser, Gary Kinser, Ricky Kinser, Mark Rader, and Matt Rader; and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. In addition to her parents, Samantha is preceded in passing by her beloved husband who she married in 1965, Walter "Dave" Kinser.
Honoring Samantha's wishes, cremation is to take place. Crouse-Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home is honored to be assisting with the arrangements.
