Scott "Scotty" Campbell

Scott “Scotty” Campbell, 63, of Johnstown, passed away suddenly at his home on Wednesday, June 24th, 2015. He was born September 11, 1951 in Newark, Ohio. Scott graduated from Northridge High School in 1969 and worked for the United States Postal Service for over 37 years. Following retirement, Scott spent his time working at Hillcrest Golf Course, volunteering at the Johnstown library and enjoying time with his granddaughter Macy. He was a lifelong Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians and Ohio State Buckeye fan, an avid reader, genealogy buff, music connoisseur, and trivia king. Scott will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Billy and Emma Jean “Janie” (Garrabrant) and brother, Bradley Campbell. Scott is survived by his loving wife Beth (Hughes); daughters Laura and Sarah; grandchild, Macy Campbell Wilson; sister, Luanne (Randy) Woolfe; sisters-in-law, Rebecca (Howard), Karen Hughes and Joe Wilson, brother-in-law Bob Hughes; nieces and nephews, Ryan (Sara), Grant, and Aubrey Hughes, Tobie and Jacob Campbell, and Katlyn Woolfe; great-nieces Arianna, Kendall, Caroline and Kyleah; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Family will receive guests Tuesday, June 30th, 2015 from 5-8pm at the CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St. Johnstown, OH 43031, where a service will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 11:00 am, officiated by Jason Hurst. Interment at Green Hill Cemetery.
