Thomas P. Riley
November 29, 1947 – October 23, 2019
Pat passed away in his home on Wednesday October 23, 2019. He was a loving husband, father, and brother. He is preceded in death by parents; Thomas Riley Jr., and Donna Patton Riley, brothers; Robert Riley, Mark Riley, and sister Janet Hartshorn. He is survived by his wife Jane Ulichney Riley, son Joshua Riley (Aubrie), daughter Shannon Wnek (Jim), grandson Tristan Clipner, and step-grandchildren Hannah Wnek, and Ethan Wnek. He is also survived by brothers; Don Riley (Lissa), Joe Riley (Janet), and David Riley (Rose), sisters; Deb Fraunfelter (Greg), Barbara Flowers (Ed), Carolyn Riley, and multiple nieces and nephews.
Pat was born in Logan, Ohio on November 29, 1947. He was a veteran having served his country from 1966 - 1970 in the U.S. Marine Corps with a tour in Vietnam from 1968 - 1969. He continued to serve his country in the U.S. Air Force Reserves for 20 years.
Pat dearly loved his family and friends and his greatest enjoyment in life was vacationing with those close to him. He had a contagious laugh that could fill up a room and bring smiles to everyone in his presence. Pat will be forever missed by those who were blessed to know him.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Church of the Ascension in Johnstown, Ohio officiated by Father Mark Ghiloni. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mount Carmel Hospice or the Transplant House of Cleveland in Pat’s memory.
An internment will be held at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.

The news this evening of Pat's passing was staggering. We are so very sorry for the loss of your loved one and our friend, Pat.
Unfortunately we have not seen Pat for many years but his gleaming smile, sense of humor and massive hugs...remain a vivid memory.
