Tina Kay Douglas (Hunt), 68, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at her residence. She was born on May 16, 1951 in Columbus, OH, a daughter to the late Floyd Hunt and Betty Kean. She moved to Johnstown, OH at the age of 7 where she remained throughout her life. Tina is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Desmond Douglas; 4 children, Desmond Jr. (Kelly) Douglas, Chris Douglas, Brian Douglas and Cherie (Mike) Hendrickson; 9 grandkids, Jacob (Kara) Douglas, Anthony (Kimie) Douglas, Whitney (George) Holden, Ginny (Dan) Cunningham, Christopher Jr. (Emily) Douglas, Cheyenne Douglas, Ethan Hendrickson, Austin Hendrickson and Logan Hendrickson; 7 great-grandkids, Rowan, Bella, Thia, Cason, Alex, Andrew and Aaron; 2 sisters, Alice and Bonnie and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brother, Gilbert Hunt. Tina was a long time resident of Johnstown and a graduate with class of 1969. Her passion for Christ was undeniable, raising her family in a Pentecostal Church. She loved all things living. Tina was a strong and determined women and her family was her world. Friends may call from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Dan McLaughlin officiating. Interment will be at Northlawn Memory Gardens in Westerville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local Humane Society in Tina’s memory.
