William Milton Wright

William M. "Bill" Wright, age 84, of Pataskala, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014. Born December 8, 1929 in Columbus. Member of Johnstown United Methodist Church, Pataskala Area Chamber of Commerce, Pataskala Rotary, Johnstown Lodge F&AM. Managed the real estate and farming operations of D.B.M. Enterprises and P.E. Grubb, Inc. Prior he was a systems analyst for I.B.M. and served as a U.S. Air Force 1st Lt. during the Korean War. Former Park National Bank board member and active in numerous community organizations. Graduate of Johnstown H.S. in 1947 and The Ohio State University in 1952. Preceded in death by parents E. Harmon and M. Rebecca (Hott) Wright, first wife Ortha Ann (Grubb). Survived by loving wife, Jean (Husted); daughters, Deborah Kohman, Rebecca (Jim) Sarosy, Melinda (Dick) Smith; step-daughters, Deborah (Scott) Bennington, Michelle Chambers, Kathleen (Mark) Berry; grandchildren, Andrea (Jonathan) Derby, Tyler Kohman, Catherine Sarosy, Jane Sarosy, John Sarosy, Justin (Suzette) Grandstaff, Molly (Jesus Ontiveros) Smith; seven step-grandchildren and three great-grandsons; brothers, Robert (Lorri) Wright and Charles Wright. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Friday, June 27, 2014 at Johnstown United Methodist Church, 159 S. Main St., Johnstown, where Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday. Pastor John Wallace officiating. Interment with military honors at Green Hill Cemetery.
