Alma Jean Morton

Alma was preceded in death by her husband, George Morton, on May 21, 2000, and both her parents, Marvin Dewey Parker and Nettie Parker.

Alma's legacy lives on through her five devoted children: Kathy (Luis) Diaz; Donna Parker; Deborah Nunez; Marvin Brand Sr; and Charles Brand. She was a loving grandmother to 12 grandchildren and a great-grandmother to 16 great-grandchildren. Additionally, Alma leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who will forever hold her memory dear in their hearts.

Alma's life was a testament to love, strength, and resilience. She touched the lives of everyone she met with her kindness and unwavering support. Her memory will continue to inspire and guide us as we navigate life without her physical presence.

In this time of grief, we find solace in the beautiful memories we shared with Alma and the love she bestowed upon us all. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will remain with us always.

A visitation for Alma will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Tara Garden Chapel. A Celebration of Life service will occur Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 12:00 PM at the funeral home.

Interment will take place Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 1:45 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 5755 Mallory Rd,College Park, GA 30349.
