My heart is sad upon hearing of Baywards passing. I worked with Bayward at Jonesboro High and a short time at Tara Stadium. I am glad I got to know him.

I am so sorry to learn of Baywards passing. We were neighbors a long time ago in LaGrange and worked together for many years in the Clayton County school system, mostly in the athletic department. He was a good friend and always helped and supported me. I regret that I was out of town and did not get to attend his service. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Coach Jerry Moore.
