Dave is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Helen Checkle.
Dave is survived by his loving wife, Eileen Checkle, sons, David Checkle, Jr., Brian and Melanie Checkle; grandchildren, Payton, Victoria, and Nicholas Checkle; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joseph and Denise Checkle and Michael and Debbie Checkle and a host of other family members and friends.
