I sure will miss my sweet Granny. She lived a long happy life and I am so lucky to have had her with me through every big event and holiday. She was so proud of her family, especially her great grand daughter Isla. I will always remember her kindness, love, laughter, and delicious biscuits.

Mama was always stylish. She dressed me up too in proper Sunday dresses with hats and Patent leather shoes.

I will always have great memories of my sweet Granny. I will always remember her going with us to Daytona Beach every year when I was growing up. We had the best times. I also will never forget all the Thanksgivings and Christmas times. Every year for most of my life until recently when we started going to my Moms so she wouldnt try to cook, we went to Grannys for Thanksgiving and Christmas. She would cook the best food you could ever eat. I Love You Sweet Granny and I will miss you.

Mama also loved her furry grandpuppies.

Little Coco would sit in her lap for hours and refuse to leave everytime she visited her Granny. Little Carson would talk and twirl everytime we said we were going to Granny's house.

Mama loved all animals and they loved her. She always fed the birds, the stray cats and occasional racoons.

I knew Mrs. Carson most of my life. I attended First Baptist Forest Park when I was growing up and knew the Carson family. Mr. Carson was our dry leaning man. Always loved him as well as Mrs. Carson. She was a very sweet lady. Prayers to the family.

I did not have the pleasure of meeting Doris but know her wonderful daughter, Rita.
Not only does Rita resemble her mom, she apparently got her sweet loving nature from Doris.
Sam and I are keeping you, Rita, and your entire family in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Pamela
