My sincere condolences to the Family! Mrs. Collier was a loving fixture in her community. Her smile was contagious and laughter infectious. She’d say the same thing to me every-time I saw her, no matter how many years had passed. Her mind was sharp and and those words always stuck with me and I will carry them forever.  She made the best Mac & Cheese and yellow cake with chocolate icing, she’d save me a slice if she knew I was coming. Take your rest Mother Collier and hug Mr. North for me 💜

Mrs. Louise was very kind and loving. We will always remember her  beautiful smile. In the early days, we remember singing in the choir with her. She always enjoyed praising God. Whenever my Husband and I would see her, she would always ask, with such a Beautiful Smile,
 "where is the other one at," and I would always say, "Here I am, Mrs. Louise!"I know that the City of Palmetto will surely miss Mrs. Louise as well as the Hammonds Missionary Baptist Church.

Myself, family, and church family say a difficult goodbye to a truly special woman, Ms. Louise Collier. As a founding member of our church and a faithful participant in Sunday School, she was a pillar of love, dedication, and quiet strength within our congregation.

One of the sweetest memories I will always hold close is how every week she brought my mother peppermint candy—something my mother truly loved. It was such a small gesture, but it showed the kindness and thoughtfulness that defined Ms. Louise.

I am especially grateful that I was able to provide her communion the Sunday before she passed. As I walked by, she called out from her chair, “Hey Chan!” and I happily called back, “Hey Ms. Louise!” Moments like that are gifts I will always treasure.

Ms. Louise lived a life of faith and service, and her presence will be deeply missed by so many of us who loved her. May she rest peacefully in the arms of the Lord.

Rest well, Ms. Louise. You will never be forgotten.

In Loving Memory of Mrs. Louise Collier

At the age of 81–82, this beautiful woman was in my line dance group and part of our walking team, the “3-Mile Gang.” Even at that wonderful age, she could outdo people half her age!
Mrs. Louise has been around my church family from the beginning all the way to her final days. One of the memories that will always stay with me is seeing her singing in the church choir looking so beautiful and moving so sassy. She had such enormous energy and such a joyful spirit.
From everything I saw, Mrs. Louise truly lived a life of enjoyment, embracing every moment. She showed us that life is meant to be lived fully, no matter your age.

Mrs. Louise, you set a standard for what it means to love life.
Thank you for the example you set for me and for so many others.

Condolences to the Collier Family. Mrs. Louise will truly be missed. She and Bettye were the best of Friends. The entire family must know how much we appreciated her and loved 🥰. RIP Mrs. Louise, God called home one of his best Angels 😇. Your leadership as a Brownie and a Girl Scout Leader stands out in my memory from childhood. Thank you for just being a wonderful Friend, Auntie, Leader, and Good willed person all around. I will never forget you strutting in your three inch heels and your beautiful landscape. The Slaughter Family will truly miss you. 😢 You were more than a friend, you were loved . 🥰
