Mrs. Frances Juanita Adams

Mrs. Frances Juanita (Collins) Adams of McDonough, Georgia, passed away on December 19, 2015 at the age of 93. Mrs. Adams is the last surviving child of the late Charlie & Mattie Pearl Collins. A life-long Georgia resident, Mrs. Adams was born in Riverdale, Georgia. After retiring from Cluett & Peabody as a seamstress, she enjoyed gardening, fishing, baking, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Adams is preceded in death by her husband, M. Emmett Adams, a retiree of Ford Motor Company. She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Angela “Ann” Bossie and Jean (Mickey) Ramey; grandchildren: Charles (Linda) Mathews, Mike (Sharon) Ramey, Joel (Abra) Ramey, Genna (David) Brown, Barbara (Howard) Pirigyi, Andrea (Joe) Bolds, and Cindy (Jason) Fry; as well as great-grandsons, great-granddaughters, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 5pm-8pm at Tara Garden Chapel, Jonesboro, Georgia. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 11am at Tara Garden Chapel. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in College Park, Georgia.
