She is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Ira Vinton Troup, in 2014.
She is survived by daughter Pat Higgins of Rockmart, GA, 2 sons; Kevin Troup of Rex, GA and Johnny (Marina) Troup of Snellville, GA; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Ms. Troup was an avid sports fan. Her favorite team was the Atlanta Hawks, but she was loyal to the Atlanta Falcons, GA Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves.
