Mr . Kelvin Edward Elmore,Jr of Ellenwood, Georgia was born December 2, 1983 and passed away December 24, 2014 at the age of 31. He leaves to cherish his memories his mother; Tracey Chiles, one sister; Jasmine Howard, one niece; Messiah Howard and one nephew; Mantravis Barnes .
