Lillian "Frances" Mitchell passed away Thursday May 5th at the age of 91. Frances was a wonderful and loving wife, mother and friend. Frances was a long time member of Glen Haven Baptist Church McDonough, GA. Frances was preceded in death by her son Donald Lee, 1972 and her husband Walter Thomas, 1975. Frances is survived by her son W.T " Tommy" Mitchell & Daughter in Law Brenda, Jonesboro GA, Brother Ellis McMichael, Fayetteville, GA, Grandsons Todd Mitchell, Donald Mitchell and Jeffrey Mitchell & his wife Sara, Step Grandsons Nicholas Powell and Christopher Powell, Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews and "Adopted" daughter Nan James. Visitation will be held at Tara Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Jonesboro GA on Sunday 5/8 from 3-6P.M and funeral services will be held at Glen Haven Baptist Church in McDonough on Monday 5/9 at 11AM.
