Mrs. Norma Jean Smallwood 73, of Franklin, Georgia passed away May 26, 2016. She leaves to cherish her precious memories three sons; Ricky (Sandra) Smallwood, Michael (Katina) Smallwood and Johnny Smallwood, two daughters; Raye Anne Smith and Grace (Justin) Smithand a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday May 27, 2016 from 11am until 1pm at Tara Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Jonesboro, Georgia. Funeral service will begin after the visitation in the chapel at 1pm. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Garden in Jonesboro, Georgia.
