Rodgers Elmo Graddy, age 94, of Union City passed away Monday, August 29, 2011 at his home in Christian City. Mr. Graddy served in the United States Army and was retired from the government as a Civil Servant. He is survived by his brother, John Graddy; sister, Frances Vining; several nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held on Thursday September 1, 2011 at 11:00 am, in the chapel at Christian City with Rev. Carl Ryden, Rev. Phillip Morris, and Ron Alderman officiating.
