She was born in Macon GA on August 27,1969 to Saundra (Murray) Little and P. Henderson Little. She was raised in Atlanta, GA by a large family. Veronica graduated from Lakeshore High School in 1988. She then further her studies at Tennessee State College. Veronica found work in the healthcare and pharmaceutical fields where she worked for Grady Hospital for over 12 years, and finally, for the Internal Revenue Service in the customer service division.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Saundra Murray Little; Father, Douglas P. Henderson Little; Aunt, Fiorella Hill; Aunt, Renee Traylor; Brother, Michael Little; Brother, Ronald Calhoun; and a few other close family and loved ones.
She is survived by her husband, Norwood P. Rodocker; Aunt, Fedra Grogan and family; Aunt, Ruby Dean Bell and Family; and several cousins and friends.
Veronica met her soulmate Paul on a computer website in 2004 after winning Paul over with her kind-hearted ways and beautiful smile. She would cook elaborate
dinners such as the hot chicken that neither one of us could eat and the turkey stuffed with apricots and
pecans that I thought I would hate, but it was pretty good. Veronica was also an expert on the grill. We were eager to start out lives together and got married on May 7, 2005 and spent 20 years of wedded bliss. We were never blessed with children, but Veronica was a terrific mother to our four-legged son, Toby Charles Rodocker.
A memorial service for Veronica will be held Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Tara Garden Chapel, 681 North Ave, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236.
