Mr. William Roy Smallwood 75, of Franklin, Georgia passed away April 2, 2015. He leaves to cherish his precious memories wife, Norma Smallwood, three sons; Ricky (Sandra) Smallwood, Michael (Katina) Smallwood and Johnny Smallwood, two daughters; Raye-anne Smith and Harley Grace (Justin) Smith, one sister; Aillene Owens and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Saturday April 4, 2015 from 10am until 12pm at Tara Garden Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral Service will take place after the visitation in the chapel at 12pm. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Garden following the service.
