Ms. Zelma Whitaker Tumlin was born September 28, 1929 in Swansea, North Carolina and passed away November 15, 2016 in Union City, Georgia at the age of 87. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence C. Tumlin, brothers, Stacie Whitaker, Odis Whitaker and sister Wilma Whitaker.
Ms. Tumlin leaves to cherish her precious memories, daughter, Cherlyn Tumlin (Robert) Langston of Charlotte, North Carolina; brothers, Louie Whitaker and Burnett Whitaker; sisters, Elsie Humphries and Ruby Bradney. Family will receive friends Thursday November 17, 2016, 12:00pm until 1:00pm. Funeral Services immediately following the visitation at Tara Garden Chapel.
