Mr. Preiss was born on October 19, 1929 in Lodz, Poland to the late Paul Preiss and Hedwig Buchenheim Preiss. He was the Founder and Owner of Pulaski Meat Products, Co. Inc.
Survivors include his devoted wife of 54 years, Else Preiss, Jupiter, Florida, sons, Ronald (Judith) Preiss, New Vernon, New Jersey, Paul Preiss, Bridgewater, New Jersey, daughter, Monica (George) Lazo, Warren, New Jersey, grandchildren, Jarred Preiss, Tucker Preiss, Dylan Lazo, Whitney Lazo, Riley Preiss , Austin Preiss, and nephew, Walter Preiss, and niece, Margaret Preiss.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2012 11:00 am at the Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, 13301 Ellison Wilson Road, Juno Beach, Florida, 33408.
