Andrew J. Cook Jr. Born in Montgomery, Alabama on July 29, 1924 - passed away on May 14, 2011 in Lake City, Florida. He served his country during WWII in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Cook is survived by his children, Sydney Ann Clary of Live Oak, Florida and Andrew J. Cook III. Graveside service May 17, 2011 2:00 P.M. at Riverside Memoiral Park, Tequesta, Florida
