I taught with Bruce at Omni Middle in 1992-1993. He was such a great guy, We called him Perry-man. He was always there to help in PE if we had a particular student that was being less than ideal. Perry-man would come to the rescue....Often we would have 55 students in a PE class of boys and girls, and when we would need back up he was always there. Then later after leaving Omni and going to another school in Delray Beach, I coached volleyball and I would see him when he would come to ref the game. I just learned today of his passing, and I am very sad. My regards to his family, he will be missed! I'm so glad I knew him!

My deepest condolences to Bruce Perry's family. I still remember Coach Perry's funny sense of humor when I was a student at TLHS back in the 80's. He gave many years of dedication to mentoring the younger generations. Coach Perry will surely be missed by all....even those who haven't seen him since 1983. RIP Coach Perry.

To my dear Uncle Roland, Carol, John and Joyce - I know your heart has been heavy, and that today and tomorrow will be difficult. Rely, as you always seem to, on your fantastic sense of humor and positive outlook. Bruce is with the Lord and Aunt Helen now - and feeling well again! Love, Vickie

Bits and Pieces. People.
People important to you, people unimportant to you, cross your life, touch it with love and carelessness and move on. There are people who leave you and you breathe a sigh of relief and wonder why you ever had to come into contact with them. There are people who leave you and breathe a sigh of remorse and wonder why they had to go away and leave such a gaping hole. Children leave parents: friends leave friends. Acquaintances meet and move on. People change homes. People grow apart. Enemies hate and move on. You think of the many who have moved into your hazy memory. You look at those present and wonder: I believe in God's master plan. He moves people in and out of each other's lives, and each leaves their mark on the other. You find you are made of bits and pieces of all who ever touched your life, and you are more because of it, and you would be less if they had not touched you. Pray to God that you accept the bits and pieces in humility and wonder; and never question, and never forget.
Bits and Pieces.

I've only seen Bruce once since high school and that was many years ago. I knew him from school and church. I will never forget his twinkling blue eyes and gorgeous smile. My condolences to all of the Perry family.

Perry family,
I was shocked to hear of Bruce's passing. I remember playing football with him at Northboro Jr. High many years ago. I am so sorry. All of you will be in my prayers.
