Cindy was born on February 27, 1958, in Wichita, Kansas, to David Robert Bush and Thelma “Polly” Bush (Carr). She grew up in Kansas and later made her home in Florida, where she raised her children and built a life surrounded by family and those she loved.
Cindy is survived by her children, Ryan Brown and Mary Nelson, and her sister, Debbie Bush. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Larry Bush and Bob Bush.
She spent her life working in the wholesale fish business, where she built not only a career, but many meaningful and lasting relationships along the way. Known for her sweet and kind nature, she had a way of making people feel special, and many of the connections she made through her work became much more than business relationships. She genuinely cared about the people she met, and those friendships held a special place in her heart.
Above all, one of her greatest joys was being a grandmother to her eight grandchildren: Anastasia Marie, Scarlett Jeanie, Michael Kenneth, Trinity Grace, Abraham Bo, Indy Ruth, Parker Brady, and Tyler Kenneth. She loved spending time with them, watching them grow, and being part of their lives through every stage. Her grandchildren brought her so much happiness and pride, and the memories they made together will always be treasured.
Cindy will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Visitation will be held at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458, US, on September 22, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
