David Edward Mack, age 79, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2018 in Jupiter, Florida. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Eileen, his three children; Rosemary (Alan), James (Chris) and Robert (Deborah), and his grandchildren; Lily, Brian, Kelly, and Casey.
After serving in The Marine Corps, he began a 36 year career on Wall Street where he retired as a general partner at Cowen & Company, a boutique investment firm based in New York City. He also studied at St. John’s University and The New York Institute of Finance.
David was warm, kind, and friendly to all. He was also a true gentleman with a great sense of humor. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and golfing with his many friends at The Loxahatchee Club. He was also a lifelong fan of the New York Giants, and enjoyed volunteering with The Special Olympics.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 13591 Prosperity Farms Rd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410.
