Diane Rogers Frank, age 70, of Palm Beach Gardens passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. She was born in West Palm Beach, FL on July 26, 1950; the daughter of the late Leland and Helen Abbey.
Diane graduated Riviera Beach High School. She enjoyed cooking, reading, gardening, crafting and movies.
She is survived by two daughters, Daymion Phelps and Payton Frank; a son, Evan Frank and a granddaughter, Izora Phelps.
