Doris was such a dear special lady! We will never forget how sweet and kind she was to us when we were neighbors in Virginia. She brought us soup when we were sick and did so many other kind deeds. One Easter morning we found 2 small Easter baskets on our front porch filled with all kinds of goodies. A very special "rabbit" named Doris had delivered them. One of the goodies was a beautiful pink Hyacinth. We planted it and enjoyed it every spring for many years. When we moved to Tennessee we dug it up and moved it with us. We planted it and it has continued to bloom each spring reminding us of our wonderful friend. This year it bloomed prettier than ever. We can't forget Paul either as he was such a dear man. He painted a picture of our "first real house" on a beautiful plaque and gave it to us for Christmas. They each had such a wonderful sense of humor and touched our lives in so many ways. We always treasured our time with them. Thankfully we were able to visit them in Florida. Ah, such sweet memories of such dear , dear people. We will never forget them. Thanks for sharing them with us! We will remember that Love lives forever in memories and in the hearts that were touched by such special people . Your are in our thoughts, our hearts and our prayers. Sharing in your sorrow and hoping that knowing others understand will give you comfort. You have our deepest sympathy. 😢 LOVE, HUGS , & PRAYERS.
