"Jackie" Bowes of Athens, AL, formerly of Jupiter, FL, passed away on November 6, 2010. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was a resident of Jupiter for 30 years.
She loved her family and her beautiful Golden Retrievers.
She will be missed by all those who loved her.
Jackie was an active member of OTCPBC, JTDC, Huntsville, AL. Dog Club, and Decatur, AL. Dog Club, and she was a rescuer of Golden Retrievers. She was the first person in the U.S. to achieve the UDX title and had the highest scoring Golden Retriever in the U.S. for seven consecutive years.
Jackie leaves to cherish her memory her husband Jim of Athens, AL; her son David (Robyn) of Port St. Lucie, FL; her daughter Lynda of Lake Park, FL; her sister Rose Knopf; her grandchildren Danielle and Jason; her sisters-in-law, Carol Bowes, and Marilyn Engle-Byers; and her devoted friend Robin Csire.
