Grace A. Parent

Grace A. Belisle Parent passed away on Sunday October 8, 2023 at her home in Jupiter, Florida. Grace was born on March 23, 1929 in Salem, Massachusetts. She was from a family of ten, three sisters and six brothers.

Grace met the love of her life, Bob Parent in 1944 and they were married for 66 years. Bob passed away in 2010. They had six children, three daughters and three sons.

Grace loved to laugh and had a great sense of humor which she needed with six children. Grace and Bob always loved to go dancing whenever they got the chance and she always had music playing at home.

She loved being surrounded by her family and celebrating holidays with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be badly missed but everyone is comforted knowing she is with God and at peace.

She is survived by one sister, Joanne Jeffery of Holland, Massachusetts; her six children, Irene and Chester (Bing) Bishop of Rowley, Massachusetts, Judith and Dick Moore of Gloucester, Massachusetts, Susan and Alan Graffam of Jupiter, Florida, Steve and Tracy Parent of Danvers, Massachusetts, Tim and Edwinna Parent of Cumberland, Maine and Peter and Yvonne Parent of Cumberland, Maine; 14 Grandchildren and many Great Grandchildren.

She truly was Amazing Grace. The family will have a private service in the spring.
