Simply put, Bill was my friend. He was an honest, gentle and kind man. He made everyone around him better. I will miss him very much. God's speed.

I worked with Bill at Neuberger Berman.  He was a great and kind man and I will truly miss him.

Mr. Navarro was such a gentle, kind person. I will miss him dearly. He was a patient at the Dr.'s office I worked at for 15 years. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, especially his wife Georgina who took such good care of him.

The world is a far colder place with the passing of Bill Navarro.  i have so many great memories of him.  He was kind, loyal and always willing to share his wealth of business knowledge and life wisdom. The best thing I can say about Bill is that I wish there were more people in this world like him. Bill was a true gentlemen, leader & friend.  I worked with him for many years when I worked downtown. I always enjoyed speaking with him when he would call in to speak with his Money Mgrs.  He will be sorely missed.
