Helen Constance Dobias, 95 of Palm Beach Gardens, passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018 at Jupiter Medical Center Pavillion. She was born in Wayland, KY on April 13, 1923; the daughter of the late William and Pauline Stewart.
Helen was educated in the Kentucky school system. She married Howard J. Dobias on December 27, 1947, and together they have celebrated 70 years of marriage. She was employed as Secretary in Manhattan and for a Photo Studio in New York City. She enjoyed gardening, bowling, gaming on cruise ships and in Las Vegas, playing UNO and traveling to visit family.
She is survived by three children, Eileen White (Joseph), Russell Dobias (Dana), and Wayne Dobias (Lori); five grandchildren, Nicole Atkinson, Alex Dobias (Danielle), Christopher White, Keith Hardin and Kevin Dobias. One great grandson, Lincoln Dobias.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans, TRUSTBRIDGE Hospice and/or Ahlziemers research.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Howard Dobias; two sisters, Tessie Grigoriew and Annie Flanagan and a brother, John Stewart.
Services will be held at a later date.
