
He leaves his wife, Cicely Sisselman; his children, Jayne (Andy) Becker, Drew Sisselman, Wendy (Marty) Ellin, Lenny (Bo) Sisselman, and Steven (Karen) Sisselman his grandchildren, Mickey (Ankita) Sisselman, Justin Sisselman, Jeffrey (Heather) Sisselman, Rachel Becker, Lara Sisselman, Richard Becker and Jaclyn Sisselman.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Maxine Sisselman; father, Joseph Sisselman; mother, Freda Sisselman; brother, Leonard Sisselman and wife, Renee Haut Sisselman.
Irwin was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, graduated from Tilden High School in Brooklyn, and received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Miami in Florida.
Irwin and Maxine raised their five children in Wantagh, New York where he was the comptroller of Lawrence Metal Products for more than 40 years. They retired to Hendersonville, North Carolina and Jupiter, Florida.
Irwin was an avid New York Times reader, an enthusiastic New York sports fan, especially the New York Giants and New York Yankees, a golf and tennis player, and a world traveler. He loved spirited political discussions and conversations on current events. Most of all, he loved spending time with his devoted family who will miss him dearly.
