James A. Dees, Jr.

Mr. Dees was born in Albany, Georgia on September 22, 1930 to the late James A. Dees and Louise Elizabeth Posey Dees. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife; Joyce Ann Dees., brothers; William Stanley Dees and Julian Dees, grandchild; James A. Dees, IV. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Mr. Dees touched a number of lives in the Jupiter/Tequesta area through the small businesses he owned and operated.

Survivors include his children; Terry McCahon, James A. Dees III, Mary Beth Dotzler, Amy D. Lee, Brad Smith, and Karen Hoff, sisters; Mary Helen Birdsong and Posey Dennis, grandchildren; Diana Polisena, Nicola Dobson, James A. Dobson, Rachel Lee, and Nicolaus Hoff, great grandchildren; James Dobson, Madison Dobson and Bailey Dobson.

Visitation with the family will begin on Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm in the chapel of Aycock-Riverside Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida, 33458. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 10:00am St. Peter Catholic Church, 1701 Indian Creek Parkway, Jupiter, Florida, 33458.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his name to St. Peter Catholic Church.
