

Age 90, of Jupiter, passed away on July 11, 2015. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he moved to Greenlawn, NY where he was involved in boy scouting for many years and was the founding troop leader for Troop 170 on Long Island. After graduating from Boys High School, he served his country in the US Army. He is a veteran of WWII and received a Purple Heart for his service. Upon his return he attended Pratt Institute of Brooklyn where he earned his electrical and mechanical engineering degrees and went to work for Grumman where he worked on the design of the LEM Moon lander. He was a Mason at Alcyone Lodge No. 695, Northport, NY. He moved to Florida with his family in 1972 where he was a member at First Presbyterian Church of North Palm Beach and worked at FPL until his retirement. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and spending time with his family. James was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Marguerite Klein. He is survived by his children James G. Klein (Nancy) of Palm Beach Gardens, Patricia A. Moser (Harold) of Jupiter, grandchildren Brook Duchene (Jerry), Kelly Kendrick, Stephanie Rodrigues, Shawn Moser, Ruth Anne, James, Pamela, Fred, 15 great-grandchildren, especially Dylan & Austin, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, and friends. He was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 15th at 6 PM, Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter.
