My uncle jim was the best fisherman,When jim and his friend lynville would take me out fishing the fish would be jumping over the boat!
Lynville and uncle jim never saw anything like it.
Uncle Jim had to work the next day,so his friend lynville said its ok jim Ill take josh out alone.
They both laughed,they said I was good luck!
Uncle Jim was very good to me.

I have many great memories of fishing a lot of Bass Tournaments with Jim on  Lake Okeechobee.  He loved fishing and was great at  it too just like his Restaurants.

Jerry and I were so privileged to know Jim Taube from his early days starting his restaurants in Boca Raton to the great Jetty's in Jupiter.  Karen and I were tennis buddies for years, and Karen would host us from time to time at the Jetty's.  Our deepest condolences to you dear Karen and your family. My wife Barbara and I always love stopping by Jetty's for dinner. I was very fortunate to have the opportunity working with Jim and Burt on the "Burt Reynolds Museum" back in the early 2000's.  Jim was a wonderful man. 

I learned so much from Jim working for him back in the 90's at Texarado Steakhouse, Jetty's and Kee Grill. Jim had a passion for creating successful restaurants and was always kind to everyone around him
