Janice Marie Albury

Janice was married her loving husband, Frederick L. Albury, for 55 wonderful years. Together they built a life centered on faith, family, kindness, and service to others.

After marrying Frederick, a proud Bahamian, Janice made The Bahamas her home before later settling in Florida. They also spent several years in Texas to be closer to Janice's family before returning to Florida, where she spent the rest of her life.

Although Janice enjoyed a long and fulfilling career, no role meant more to her than serving as the secretary at St. Patrick Catholic Church for 19 years. It was far more than a job, it allowed her to combine her deep faith with her greatest passion, helping people. Janice had a remarkable gift for caring for others. She never met a stranger, and helping people wasn't just something she did, it was simply who she was.

Above all, Janice's greatest joy and proudest role was being a mother. She adored Tom and Kathleen beyond measure and never missed an opportunity to remind them how deeply they were loved. Nothing made her happier than watching her family grow and sharing in the lives of her children, their spouses, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren.

Janice is lovingly remembered by her son, Thomas Albury and his wife, Deanne; her daughter, Kathleen Albury Jones and her husband, Paul; her granddaughters, Madisyn Moore and her husband, Damian, Kyla Albury, and Kinzie Albury; her great-grandson; and another great-grandchild expected in September.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frederick Albury, and her brother, Thomas Kane.

Janice will be remembered for her generous heart, her warm smile, and her outgoing nature. She lived a life devoted to her faith, her family, and helping others. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

A Funeral Mass celebrating Janice's life will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend.
